Daten auf deinem Gerät

Einstellungen, Favoriten, Kochfortschritt, Mahlzeiten und Einkaufslisten werden lokal gespeichert. Dishlify lädt sie nicht automatisch auf einen eigenen Server. Ein separates Dishlify-Konto ist nicht nötig. Rezepte und Bilder sind in der installierten App enthalten.

Sicherungen und Teilen

Exportierte Sicherungen sind unverschlüsselte Dateien. Du wählst Speicherort und Empfänger. Für das Teilen und externe Links gelten zusätzlich die Regeln des gewählten Dienstes. Geräte- und Cloud-Sicherungen sowie exportierte Kopien verwaltest du separat.

Google AdMob verarbeitet bei aktiver Werbung IP-Adresse, Gerätekennungen, Interaktionen und Diagnosedaten zur Auslieferung, Messung und Betrugsprävention. Einwilligungsoptionen werden angezeigt, soweit erforderlich. Verfügbare Einstellungen lassen sich über die Werbe-Datenschutzoptionen ändern. Premium ist werbefrei.

Premium-Kauf

Google Play wickelt die Zahlung ab; Dishlify erhält keine vollständigen Kartendaten. RevenueCat verarbeitet eine pseudonyme App-Kennung, Geräte- und App-Angaben sowie Kaufbelege und Kaufstatus zur Prüfung und Wiederherstellung von Premium und zur Auswertung von Käufen. Bei aktivierter Kaufanbindung wird der Status auch beim Start und bei Rückkehr in die App geprüft.

Website und Support

Netlify stellt die Website bereit und verarbeitet technische Zugriffsdaten. Bei aktivierten Netlify-Statistik- und Leistungsmessdiensten werden zusätzlich Besuche und Browserleistung ausgewertet. Support-E-Mails werden über Hostpoint in der Schweiz bearbeitet. Nachricht, E-Mail-Adresse und freiwillige Anhänge dienen der Beantwortung.

Speicherung und Löschung

Lokale Daten bleiben bis zu ihrer Löschung auf deinem Gerät. Erledigte Support-Anfragen löschen wir nach zwölf Monaten, sofern keine gesetzliche Pflicht oder ein Rechtsstreit längere Speicherung verlangt. Kaufdaten werden für die Bereitstellung und Wiederherstellung des dauerhaften Zugangs sowie nötige Nachweise aufbewahrt. Anbieter-Sicherungen können länger bestehen. Für Auskunft, Berichtigung oder Löschung schreibe an info@dishlify.ch. Eine Löschung bei Dishlify löscht nicht automatisch Belege in deinem Google-Konto.

Anbieter und Ausland

Beteiligte Dienste sind Google für Werbung und Zahlungen, RevenueCat für Kaufprüfung, Netlify für Hosting und Hostpoint für E-Mail. Dabei kann eine Bearbeitung ausserhalb der Schweiz, insbesondere in den USA, stattfinden. Vor Veröffentlichung ergänzen: vollständige relevante Länder, angewandte Übermittlungsgarantien und bestätigte Aufbewahrungsregeln der aktivierten Dienste.

Données sur votre appareil

Réglages, favoris, progression de cuisine, repas et listes de courses sont enregistrés localement. Dishlify ne les envoie pas automatiquement à son propre serveur. Aucun compte Dishlify séparé n’est nécessaire. Recettes et images sont incluses dans l’application installée.

Sauvegardes et partage

Les sauvegardes exportées ne sont pas chiffrées. Vous choisissez leur emplacement et leurs destinataires. Le partage et les liens externes relèvent aussi du service choisi. Gérez séparément les sauvegardes de l’appareil, du cloud et les copies exportées.

Lorsque la publicité est active, Google AdMob traite adresse IP, identifiants, interactions et diagnostics pour diffuser et mesurer les annonces et prévenir la fraude. Les options de consentement sont affichées si nécessaire et peuvent être modifiées dans les options de confidentialité publicitaire disponibles. Premium est sans publicité.

Achat Premium

Google Play traite le paiement ; Dishlify ne reçoit pas les données complètes de carte. RevenueCat traite un identifiant pseudonyme, des informations techniques et les justificatifs et statuts d’achat pour vérifier et restaurer Premium et analyser les achats. Lorsque cette connexion est active, le statut est aussi vérifié au démarrage et au retour dans l’application.

Site et assistance

Netlify héberge le site et traite les données techniques d’accès. Si ses services de statistiques et de mesure des performances sont activés, les visites et les performances du navigateur sont aussi analysées. Les e-mails sont traités via Hostpoint en Suisse. Message, adresse et pièces jointes volontaires servent à vous répondre.

Conservation et suppression

Les données locales restent jusqu’à leur suppression. Les demandes d’assistance résolues sont supprimées après douze mois, sauf obligation légale ou litige. Les données d’achat servent à fournir et restaurer l’accès permanent et à conserver les justificatifs nécessaires. Des sauvegardes des prestataires peuvent subsister. Pour accès, rectification ou suppression : info@dishlify.ch. Une suppression chez Dishlify ne supprime pas automatiquement les justificatifs de votre compte Google.

Prestataires et étranger

Google assure publicité et paiements, RevenueCat la vérification des achats, Netlify l’hébergement et Hostpoint les e-mails. Des traitements peuvent avoir lieu hors de Suisse, notamment aux États-Unis. À compléter avant publication : pays concernés, garanties de transfert applicables et règles de conservation confirmées des services activés.

Dati sul dispositivo

Backup e condivisione

I backup esportati non sono cifrati. Scegli dove conservarli e con chi condividerli. Condivisione e link esterni sono soggetti anche alle regole del servizio scelto. Gestisci separatamente backup del dispositivo, cloud e copie esportate.

Quando la pubblicità è attiva, Google AdMob tratta indirizzo IP, identificatori, interazioni e diagnostica per pubblicazione, misurazione e prevenzione delle frodi. Le opzioni di consenso sono mostrate quando necessario e possono essere modificate nelle opzioni di privacy pubblicitaria disponibili. Premium è senza pubblicità.

Acquisto Premium

Google Play gestisce il pagamento; Dishlify non riceve i dati completi della carta. RevenueCat tratta un identificatore pseudonimo, informazioni tecniche e ricevute e stato degli acquisti per verificare e ripristinare Premium e analizzare gli acquisti. Quando il collegamento è attivo, lo stato viene controllato anche all’avvio e al ritorno nell’app.

Sito e assistenza

Netlify ospita il sito e tratta i dati tecnici di accesso. Se i suoi servizi di statistiche e prestazioni sono attivi, vengono analizzate anche visite e prestazioni del browser. Le e-mail sono gestite tramite Hostpoint in Svizzera. Messaggio, indirizzo e allegati volontari servono per rispondere.

Conservazione ed eliminazione

I dati locali restano fino alla cancellazione. Le richieste di assistenza risolte sono eliminate dopo dodici mesi, salvo obblighi legali o controversie. I dati d’acquisto servono a fornire e ripristinare l’accesso permanente e conservare le prove necessarie. I backup dei fornitori possono durare più a lungo. Per accesso, rettifica o eliminazione: info@dishlify.ch. La cancellazione presso Dishlify non elimina automaticamente le ricevute nell’account Google.

Fornitori ed estero

Google gestisce pubblicità e pagamenti, RevenueCat la verifica degli acquisti, Netlify l’hosting e Hostpoint le e-mail. Il trattamento può avvenire fuori dalla Svizzera, in particolare negli Stati Uniti. Da completare prima della pubblicazione: paesi interessati, garanzie di trasferimento e regole di conservazione confermate dei servizi attivati.

Data on your device

Settings, favourites, cooking progress, meals and shopping lists are stored locally. Dishlify does not automatically upload them to its own server. No separate Dishlify account is needed. Recipes and images are bundled with the installed app.

Backups and sharing

Exported backups are unencrypted. You choose where to store them and who receives them. Sharing and external links are also subject to the chosen service’s terms. Manage device backups, cloud backups and exported copies separately.

Advertising

When advertising is active, Google AdMob processes IP addresses, identifiers, interactions and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Consent options appear where required and can be changed through the available advertising privacy options. Premium is ad-free.

Premium purchases

Google Play handles payment; Dishlify does not receive full card details. RevenueCat processes a pseudonymous app identifier, technical information and purchase receipts and status to verify and restore Premium and analyse purchases. When billing is enabled, status is also checked at startup and when returning to the app.

Website and support

Netlify hosts the site and processes technical access data. If its analytics and performance services are enabled, visits and browser performance are also measured. Support email is handled through Hostpoint in Switzerland. Your message, address and optional attachments are used to respond.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until deleted. Resolved support requests are deleted after twelve months unless legal duties or disputes require longer retention. Purchase records support ongoing access, restoration and necessary evidence. Provider backups may remain longer. For access, correction or deletion contact info@dishlify.ch. Deletion at Dishlify does not automatically remove receipts in your Google account.

Providers and transfers

Google provides advertising and payments, RevenueCat purchase verification, Netlify hosting and Hostpoint email. Processing may occur outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Complete before publication: relevant countries, applicable transfer safeguards and confirmed retention rules for the enabled services.
